BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

What you’ll need:

2 Eggs

50ml Water

100ml Yoghurt

30ml Coconut Oil

Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Step 1.

PREPARE the batter by whisking eggs. Then add coconut oil and water and mix well. Lastly, add the dry premix to the batter.

Step 2.

POUR the batter into a greased pan and tap it to remove bubbles.

Step 3.

BAKE for 25-30 minutes. Insert a toothpick to check if it comes out clean. Let the cake cool for 30 minutes.

Step 4.

MAKE frosting by mixing yoghurt with the frosting mix. Spread it on the cake and voilà!
