2. Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, we offer a replacement.
  • To qualify for a replacement, you must upload a video of the packet being opened to show the damage.
  • Claims for damaged products must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for products unless they are damaged upon delivery. In such cases, you may return the damaged product for a replacement.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within 3 to 7 working days, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refund will be issued, but we will ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

5. No Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We require full payment before shipping any order.
